Step I: Define the input image file formats, the output document formats and the desired OCR parameters.
Step II: Set source of image files, and TypeReader Server will monitor this source directory, get image ready to process and automatically recognize them to get final results.
Step III: Set destination of recognition result files, and TypeReader Server will export the recognition result there in pre-defined formats. The folder structure of both source and destination directories are kept consistent in the system for the whole enterprise.
Final Step: Click Run and TypeReader Server will run 24x365 for the whole enterprise, every department and every employee. |
